How we use it

We use your information to run your account, score your entries, rank leaderboards, display shoutouts, and manage your per-sport subscriptions. Your username, entry, score and topic may appear publicly on leaderboards and result cards.

We never sell your data

Your personal information is not sold to third parties. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the platform, such as our hosting, database and payment providers.

Deletion requests

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time. Send your request to lulunkabs25@gmail.com and we will action it.

POPIA

Best In Sports processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of the Republic of South Africa. We collect only what we need, keep it for as long as your account is active, and protect it with access controls.
